- Government & Sovereignty. Federal Indian law, comparative tribal government, the design of sovereign systems. Coordinates with Osage Legal and the Osage Institute.
- Capital & Markets. Long-horizon allocation theory, market microstructure, treasury practice. Coordinates with Osage Capital.
Posture
Small cohorts. No grade inflation. Senior theses are real research and pass through external review. Faculty are practitioners or full-time scholars; we do not split the difference. Tuition is at cost for ecosystem members, and full-tuition Tinker Scholarships are available for qualifying Native American students.
